| Already several years we played with the idea of doing something in providing lodging for the groups,
which had chosen our organisation for their trip to the Czech Republic. From the moment we started to be
a part of the Czech tourism market the prices for accommodation have explosively increased. As our
customers, and then especially students, youth orchestras, song choirs and of course staff
associations, do not have indefinite budgets, we have taken the step to ensure them by lodging
and then also to be able to put the price down for several trips.. |

| We have chosen for the location CHRZIN(pictures
here), a picturesque village
near the town of of VELVARY, 20 minutes from the centre of PRAGUE. |

| On June 23rd , 2006, we have signed the buying contract after we have negotiated more than
2 years concerning sale and the price with the selling part. This unique place, situated on top of a
hillock, has been walled by old 16th century stones. Still not 400 meters from that place
have been found the graves from the 2e century. The villa had been used the last one and a half century as
a type pastorie (i.e. up to 1948 when the communist period started). Until the revolution was the villa
inhabited by several families which lived there at the same time. |

| After the revolution the whole land was given back to the church and they did not do any impoverish
because of lack of money. We found the whole two years it suffered in the conditions like the trees grew
on the roof, almost all windows were broken, the casings had rotted, but the walls (90 centimetres thick)
were still good. |

| For us was sure to give that area a good granted second life and we decided to do everything to get
this project in progress. It covers total 4500 m2 and nobody has there any limits. Here man can
sing from the top of his lungs and to make music, here man can make still a "camp" knockwurst.
From the municipality we have got the arrangement concerning a piece ground for a sport field and
from the church on the hillock, which is no longer used, we get the key and it is possible that
we use it as repetitie and concert space for the several choirs and orchestras. |

| And if this comes true, already soon we offer place for 70-75 pax. Simple chambers with good beds,
really good breakfast and an excellent programme. The destinations Prague such as crystal manufacture,
Teresienstad, Melnik, the Kokorindal and the mount Rip lie all on excellent distance from the project place.
Regarding all optional possibilities, Chrzin lies as a centre. Under the hillock is the village pub
"U kastanu" to find with price for a half litre of beer for still not 70 eurocents. Mineral water 18
pennies and a vodka for 1 Euro. Good, or not? You must, however, well consider that you after the visit
of that pub to climb the hillock on and that it is very hard for people who must press a wheelbarrow. |

| Sjors will live there with his family and also the office with Lucy, Petra, and Nikola will get place
there. In fact the project will be the whole year opened for all possible activities.. |

| We will try to organise a festival of youth orchestras of the whole Europe in the summer of 2008.
In the winter there are excellent possibilities of cross-country skiing and of course one or more visits
of Prague. In the summer we have there also the possibility of offering lodging for the individual families.
Low budget, no 5 stars but 6 stars pleasure and holiday, and you must bring with you only good mood. |

| Nature and culture as in Prague and the Czech Republic we (in the Netherlands) frequently do
not have. But in Czechia it bursts of it.. |

We have found an appropriate name for the project: STARA FARA (this is Czech name for OLD PASTORIE). |

| For everything we are glad with the location, with the tolerant village, with the beer prices, etc. |
